pTRE-mRFP-WPRE-SV40 poly(A) signal

The efficiency of TRE promoter could be tested by observing the fluorescence intensity of mRFP after adding tetracycline of different concentrations. WPRE was used to enhances the export of unspliced mRNA from the nucleus into the cytoplasm. Terminators were added to the compound part to avoid interaction.
